Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: On-site | San Diego, CA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $56,000 – $135,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead construction projects from conception through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Develop and manage project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans
• Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships
• Manage project documentation such as contracts, permits, change orders, and reports
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage billing and draw schedules
• Hire and vet contractors and tradespeople, and coordinate their work to meet project benchmarks
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure all projects meet safety and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in construction project management or related role
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, estimating, and contract management
• Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics
• Experience using project management software (Procore preferred)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Skilled in building scopes of work and obtaining line-item bids
• Comfortable working on-site and managing multiple job sites
• Real estate or related industry experience is a plus , but not required
