Job Description A fantastic, one-of-a-kind global consulting firm is seeking a stellar Executive Assistant to join their team in Houston, TX. If you are a collaborative, team-oriented individual, who has a ‘no task too small’ mentality this is the role for you! The Executive Assistant will support a team of 6-8 executives with all administrative responsibilities. This is a true gatekeeper position. $80-90k base + paid overtime + discretionary bonus + excellent benefits! Downtown Houston – the firm offers a HYBRID schedule, 3 days in office/2 remote (Monday-Friday) Typical Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm Responsibilities Manage complex calendaring, prepare business travel itineraries, and process expense and time reports. Anticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities, effectively handle calendar conflicts, and proactively manage schedule changes. Create and edit correspondence, invoices, engagement letters, and presentation materials. Planning domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, ground transportation, itineraries). Handle sensitive and urgent information from clients. Strategically and effectively coordinate with both internal and external parties. Assist in managing and responding to emails and requests in a timely fashion. Planning and coordination of internal/external events (venues, vendors, logistics, catering, etc.) Some travel is expected for events.
