Licensed Health Insurance Agents - Medicare & ACA Sales Inbound Sales - No Cold Calling Slate Professional Resources, a national staffing firm specializing in healthcare and insurance recruiting, is hiring Licensed Health Insurance Agents for our client - an established insurance organization.
We're seeking experienced agents for two separate inbound sales roles - one focused on Medicare and one on ACA (Affordable Care Act) health plans. Both roles provide steady inbound leads and offer uncapped commission potential with no cold calling required.

Compensation & Benefits - Base Pay: $25/hour
- Commission + Weekly Bonuses
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 - $85,000 annually
- Top Performers: $100,000 - $150,000+ annually

Key Responsibilities - Handle warm inbound calls from interested consumers seeking Medicare or ACA health insurance coverage
- Conduct consultative sales to match clients with the best plan for their needs
- Guide clients through eligibility, enrollment, and plan selection
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal insurance regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships
Requirements & Qualifications: - Active Florida Health Insurance License (required)
- 4+ additional state licenses strongly preferred
- Previous Medicare, ACA or insurance sales experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to work on-site in Sunrise, Florida
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- High level of motivation and resilience to achieve results
