Provide advanced investment administrative support to municipal bond department. Provide support to investment team and prepare related reports to portfolio managers, trading desk and research. Coordinate Bloomberg bid wanted including trade confirmation with broker dealer. Assist with offerings made to Broker Dealers as well as checking integrity of offering lists. Work with Traders, PMs on upcoming competitive and negotiated deals. Assist with the management of electronic trading platforms. Interact with municipal dealer community. Update spreadsheets as needed. Liaise with compliance and operations to resolve any administrative issues that arise. Build relationships with support teams to ensure effective and timely resolutions. Qualifications include Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, basic understanding of financial markets, strong attention to detail, strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Tableau) and ability to learn various systems, ability to work flexibly and adapt as a team member, effective communication skills, strong service orientation, ability to self-start, prioritize, and execute highly detailed tasks, and desire to pursue CFA designation.
