Job Description

The Certified Scrum Master will be responsible for leading Agile development teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This role involves coaching teams, removing impediments, and promoting Agile values across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Project, along with expertise in Agile methodologies, data-centric projects, and hybrid project management approaches. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Lead and collaborate with developers, Product Owners, and QA teams to ensure project success. Guide, coach, and motivate teams to achieve high performance and predictable results. Promote Agile principles and best practices across the organization. Identify, track, and resolve risks, impediments, and issues affecting the team. Generate and analyze team performance and project metrics. Support cross-team communication and coordination to enhance collaboration. Required Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including: 3+ years as a Scrum Master in software development. 2+ years of experience using Jira and Confluence. 1+ years of experience working with SharePoint. 1+ years of experience using MS Project. 1+ years of experience on data-centric projects (ETL). Experience with traditional waterfall and hybrid project methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical and process concepts effectively. Excellent spelling, grammar, proofreading, and editing skills.
