Table Games Supervisor:
Position Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Table Games Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of designated table games, ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) regulations, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. The Supervisor will report directly to an Assistant Shift Manager or higher and play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our gaming floor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Supervise the operation of assigned table games including Midi Baccarat, Craps, Blackjack, Roulette, Three Card Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold’em, Mississippi Stud, and Spanish 21.
• Monitor dealer performance and provide coaching, feedback, and disciplinary action as needed.
• Ensure strict adherence to PGCB regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
• Resolve guest disputes professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Accurately complete and verify table game documentation such as fills, credits, and player ratings.
• Assist in training and mentoring new dealers and support staff.
• Maintain a secure, fair, and welcoming gaming environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of dealing experience across all listed games.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or lead role within a casino table games department.
• Must possess or be eligible to obtain a PGCB-issued Gaming Employee Permit.
• Strong working knowledge of table game rules, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with PGCB Title 58, Chapter 611a regulations.
• Experience with electronic table games and progressive jackpots.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
