About the Role:

In this role, the Real Estate Manager will be responsible for managing and executing the real estate strategy for 7 Leaves Cafe. This role involves site selection, market analysis, negotiations, and managing relationships with developers and landlords. The Real Estate Manager will play a crucial role in expanding 7 Leaves Cafe's footprint and ensuring the success of new store openings.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 per year (Exempt)

Location: Huntington Beach, CA (Onsite)

Job Responsibilities:

In the Real Estate role, you will have an opportunity to serve our team by:

  • Site Selection: Identity and evaluate potential sites for new 7 Leaves Cafe locations through market research, site visits, and analysis of demographic and economic data.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to determine the viability of potential locations, including competitive landscape and customer base.
  • Negotiations: Lead negotiations with property owners, landlords, and developers to secure favorable lease terms and conditions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, developers, landlords, and other key stakeholders.
  • Due Diligence: Oversee the due diligence process for new sites, including site surveys, environmental assessments, and zoning compliance.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on site selection progress, market trends, and project timelines to senior management.
  • Budget management: Manage real estate budget and ensure cost-effective solutions for site acquisition and development.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Real Estate/Brokers License, Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or related field required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate, preferably in the retail or food & beverage industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
