Job Description

Are you a skilled writer with a knack for crafting winning proposals? We’re looking for a Proposal Writer to help secure government contracts by creating compelling, compliant, and strategic responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other solicitations.

What You’ll Do:

• Write and develop persuasive proposals for government contracting opportunities
• Analyze RFPs/RFIs to ensure clear, concise, and compliant responses
• Monitor bid platforms for new opportunities
• Collaborate with teams to gather insights and strengthen proposals
• Manage deadlines and deliver high-quality content on time

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in proposal writing (government contracting preferred)
• Strong research, writing, and editing skills
• Ability to interpret complex requirements and craft compelling narratives
• Familiarity with FAR, GSA schedules, GWACS, and other contracting mechanisms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
