Office Assistant 

The Office Assistant facilitates effective communication and record keeping in our business. This is an in-person position at our location on Airport Rd in Allentown, PA. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be extremely proficient using formulas and lookup functions in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Must be extremely proficient with verbal phone communication, written communication, & in-person communication
• Must possess strong investigative and skills
• Strong work ethic and collaborative skills 
• Good time management and prioritization skills
• Intermediate math skills
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Excellent customer service attitude

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage communications with our vendors
• Provide customer service & support
• Assist in merchandise buying operations
• Maintain & update product records
• Receive and stock merchandise
• Pack and ship orders
• Investigate inventory issues
• Assist in marketing data management
