Qualifications:

• Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly in a road-building setting.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines for equipment operation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Job Types: Full-time.

Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will have proficiency in operating graders, loaders, and excavators (200 class or larger) commonly used in road building.
• Operate and maintain heavy equipment.
• Safely transport materials within sites.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure functionality.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
