At La Vaquita Flea Market, it’s our mission to provide a unique place for families to come together and enjoy a cultural experience right in their own backyard. We have over 500 vendors from countries all over the world. Our 700+ selling spaces include new and used merchandise, seasonal vegetables, freshly made food and so much more.

We are seeking a highly driven and self-motivated Customer Service person to join our amazing team!

The responsibilities will include but are not limited to, what is outlined below.

• Shopper support and information
• Shopper problem-solving and conflict resolution (i.e., lost kids, location of products, parking issues)
• Work with security officers to resolve shopper disputes.
• Manage and qualify vendor leads and waiting list
• Manage the onboarding and move-in process
• Respond to vendor inquiries
• Submit work order requests
• Ensure vendors are following policies
• Vendor management based on assignment
• Vendor rent collection.
• Vendor problem solving and conflict resolution includes issues with other vendors and shoppers.'
