Job Description Job Description Project Manager - HVAC Project Manager - HVAC Position Overview A leading mechanical contractor is looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager specializing in HVAC systems to oversee and coordinate projects within the healthcare and commercial sectors. The successful candidate will manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that all HVAC installations and modifications meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for HVAC projects. Coordinate activities between various teams, including design, engineering, and construction. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in HVAC installations. Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution. Communicate project status to stakeholders and address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications. Manage subcontractors and ensure their work aligns with project requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the HVAC industry. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, piping, and pipefitting techniques. Experience in managing projects in healthcare and commercial construction sectors. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Benefits Salary: $130k - 165K (based on experience).
