As a Moldering Operator/Assembler you will:

- Day to Day Responsibilities
- Operates machines to press, shape, or mix materials such as glues and urethanes, and sets up equipment using fixtures or tooling
- Adjusts and trims components to meet electrical or dimensional requirements, and performs inspections to ensure quality standards
- Assembles and disassembles parts using soldering, gluing, bolting, and other methods, including work with ceramic materials
- Positions and aligns parts in jigs or fixtures, and carries out tasks such as sanding, cleaning, bonding, curing, stamping, and color-coding
- Uses tools like calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches, and screwdrivers to test and assemble mechanical parts
- Follows written and verbal instructions, monitors machine operations, sets controls, and removes finished products from molds
- Completes documentation accurately, communicates with supervisors, and maintains a clean, safe work environment.
- Reports defects or issues, performs quality checks, and manages material usage to support efficiency and profitability

Full-Time temp-to-hire 5 days a week 8 hours a day Opportunity
The ideal candidate will have:
- Required skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2-5 years of related experience
- At least 1 year of hands-on molding experience in manufacturing or production
- Experience with machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting
- Skilled in mechanical assembly and safe equipment operation
- Able to read and interpret blueprints, Bills of Materials, and mechanical drawings
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to calculate and mix material ratios accurately
- Proficient with soldering irons and common hand tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- ERP system experience preferred
- Familiarity with 7S and Lean Manufacturing practices preferred
- Willing to work overtime as needed, including weekends
- ITAR Compliant
Schedule : Monday to Friday 5:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
Pay Rate: $21/hr plus overtime as needed.
*Pay Rate offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
