CNC Lathe Machinist

• Setup and Operation of horizontal lathes
• MDI (Manual Data Input) programming, using
• Inspection using manual gauges and instruments
• Understanding of GD&T and ability to read 2-D drawings
• Monitor an inspect the part throughout the machining process including evidence in process inspection
• Observe all company quality and safety procedures
• Communicates and collaborates with team members in the sharing of information and solving technical issues
• Participates in Lean manufacturing events

CNC Lathe Machinist Qualifications/Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have 5+ years of experience as Lathe Machinist
• Strong work ethic and high attention to detail
• Flexible, ability to work in a fast-pace team environment
• Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
• Great communication skills

CNC Lathe Machinist Hours 6.m. - 2:30 p.m. (OT as needed)
