Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a dedicated Picker/Packer Warehouse Worker to join their team. As a Picker/Packer Warehouse Worker, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting the fulfillment and shipping departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Picker/Packer Warehouse Worker

Location: Boise, ID

Pay Range: $18 hourly

What's the Job?

• Receive and process incoming products efficiently and accurately
• Pick parts and fill orders with precision, verifying quantities and part numbers
• Pack orders into shipping cartons, ensuring all components are included and correctly labeled
• Unload freight and check in products, maintaining organized stock locations
• Assist in inventory counts and audits, reporting discrepancies or issues promptly

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus
• RF handheld experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills in English, including reading, writing, and verbal interactions
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, lift up to 20 lbs regularly, and up to 65 lbs occasionally
