BA/PM with Product Mindset – Automotive Sales and Pricing

Location : Newark CA onsite 5 days a week

We are seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager with expertise in Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, parts pricing, and work/service order processing within the automotive industry . The ideal candidate should have experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud-focused, CPQ), SAP, or other enterprise applications . This role requires a deep understanding of sales processes, order management, and pricing strategies to support business initiatives and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements related to Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, parts pricing, and service order processing , translating them into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and IT teams to enhance sales processes and optimize order management workflows .
• Manage and drive Salesforce Sales Cloud projects , ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices.
• Lead project implementations, including system enhancements, integrations, and process automation.
• Work closely with Salesforce developers to define and deliver scalable, long-term solutions.
• Oversee parts pricing strategies and service order management to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain business process documentation, workflow diagrams, and use cases .
• Ensure Salesforce best practices are followed in configuration, implementation, and user adoption.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and order management .
• Expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud-focused, CPQ), SAP, or other enterprise applications .
• Experience in parts pricing strategies and service/work order processing within the automotive industry.
• Strong background in leading projects and delivering long-term solutions .
• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Order Management workflows .
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with Salesforce developers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a strong ability to drive cross-functional alignment.

Good to Have:

• Experience in autonomous driving-related projects within the automotive industry.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices in customization, data management, and integrations.
• Proven ability to lead projects from initiation to execution, delivering scalable, long-term solutions .
