Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and inspire our sales team, consisting of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Account Executives (AEs). As a crucial member of our leadership team, you will drive revenue growth, oversee lead generation processes, and ensure the seamless coordination between new leads and closing deals. This role requires proven expertise in managing a call center of sales development representatives and achieving exceptional sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of BDRs and AEs to exceed sales quotas consistently.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring no gaps between lead generation and deal closure.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize team performance and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics, including revenue tracking, deal pipelines, and team KPIs.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to enhance the skills and productivity of sales representatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline lead flow and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports on team performance, revenue, and sales forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, specifically running a call center of sales development representatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire sales teams to achieve and exceed performance goals.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, revenue tracking, and lead management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address process gaps.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Results-driven, highly organized, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
