The Opportunity The Corporate Strategy team works closely with Adobe’s top executives and our three business units (the Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud) to ensure that the company stays on its fast growth trajectory. We have played an active role in some of Adobe’s boldest and most strategic decisions, such as its well-publicized transition to cloud, expansion into Digital Marketing, and Adobe's positioning in the market around Generative AI. What You'll Do As a Corporate Strategy Manager, you will join our highly entrepreneurial team, including alumni from management consulting firms and experts in digital media and marketing. Your responsibilities will include developing product strategies, assessing technological trends, analyzing the competitive landscape, determining Adobe’s future strategic positioning, and crafting perspectives on market adjacencies, including strategies to pursue (build, buy, or partner). You will drive projects and cross-functional initiatives aimed at accelerating Adobe's long-term growth. This role offers the opportunity to support senior executives, providing insights into their decision-making processes. It also provides exposure to operational and general management roles within the company. What You Need to Succeed Recently enrolled in an MBA program graduating between December 2024 - June 2025 3-4 years of proven experience leading change, ideally in management consulting, consumer internet, or SaaS strategy Intellectual curiosity and interest in technology trends and long-term horizons Ability to build an outside-in perspective on market opportunities and drive clear recommendations Structured problem-solving skills to break down complex issues Hypothesis-driven approach with executive presence Influence skills to motivate senior stakeholders Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills Experience leading teams and a commitment to coaching and mentoring #J-18808-Ljbffr Adobe Systems GmbH
