Your Role As a Furniture Installer, you will play a vital role in unpacking, installing, and assembling various types of furniture for both residential and commercial clients. You will work in centrally located commercial office buildings around the Twin Cities, ensuring a convenient commute and comfortable indoor work environment. Your daily responsibilities will include: Unpack & Install: Unpack, install, and rearrange commercial furniture to meet customer expectations. Punctuality & Consistency: Be ready to work each day and contribute reliably. Blueprint Mastery: Follow detailed blueprints and installation techniques with accuracy. Safety First: Prioritize safety by handling equipment responsibly and keeping the workspace clean. Engage in Safety: Actively participate in the safety program to maintain a secure environment. Initiative & Growth: Take ownership of tasks and seek opportunities for cross-training. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and follow company processes. Positive Relations: Build strong relationships with coworkers and customers. Requirements What We’re Looking For: Skills & Abilities A sense of urgency and a commitment to follow-through. Physical Requirements Ability to be on your feet for the entire shift. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Able to push and pull weights of up to 200 lbs. Qualifications High school diploma preferred. Previous experience in office furniture installation is a plus. Familiarity with small hand tools is required. Ability to read blueprints is preferred.
