**Workday Security Consultant** **Location:** This role requires associates to be in-office 1 day per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.   Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location in Indianapolis, IN. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. The **Workday Security Consultant** is responsible for serving as the liaison between the HR functional area and IT in translating complex business needs into application technology solutions. **How you will make an impact:** + Analyzes, designs, develops, and maintains HRIS solutions to address complex and varied business process needs. + Develops or collaborates with development staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing. + Acts as a resource to users of the software to address questions/issues. + Leads projects which impacts data maintenance on HRIS applications. + Advises HR Business Partners on design and utilization of information systems. + Performs functional security configuration for projects/business initiatives. + Provides support with reporting, audits, and integration security. + Adopts Workday Security enhancements per annual releases. **Minimum Requirements:** Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. **Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:** + Security Administration experience with governance/design strategy, security support models, business process security highly preferred. + Securable Item Permissions experience with being proficient with configuring domain and business process policies across multiple functions highly preferred. + HCM Security experience with understanding role-based, user-based, segmented groups role assignments highly preferred. + Knowledgeable on authentication practices and policies and multi-factor authentication highly preferred. + Workday HCM Security Certified preferred. + Knowledge and exposure with PRISM preferred.
