Overview Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Workday Consultant with 15+ years of hands-on experience in Workday integrations and configuration. This role is critical to maintaining and optimizing our Workday platform, ensuring seamless data flow across systems, and supporting HR operations through effective system configuration and troubleshooting. Responsibilities System Configuration Configure and maintain Workday modules including all modules of HCM, Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, Comp/Adv Comp, Benefits, time tracking, Leave/Absence, etc. Implement business process changes and enhancements based on stakeholder requirements. Manage security roles and permissions within Workday. Integrations Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Web Services). Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to ensure data accuracy and integration reliability. Monitor integration performance and resolve issues proactively. Support & Maintenance Provide day-to-day support for Workday users, resolving system issues and answering functional questions. Participate in Workday releases and testing of new features. Maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and business processes. Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into Workday solutions. Train end-users and create user guides or training materials as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field. 15+ years of experience as a Workday Consultant. Strong expertise in Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors). Proven experience in Workday configuration and business process design. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Workday certification in Integrations or HCM. Experience with Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields. Familiarity with Agile or project management methodologies.
