Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Develop and implement efficient and effective warehouse processes and procedures.
• Ensure the accurate tracking and management of inventory levels.
• Optimize warehouse layout and organization to maximize space and efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of warehouse staff, including supervisors and frontline workers.
• Monitor and manage KPIs related to warehouse performance, such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, procurement, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
• Implement safety measures and protocols to create a safe work environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in a distribution environment.
