As a General Laborer / Mitigation Technician, every day brings something new. You'll stay active, learn valuable skills, and be part of a hardworking team. Duties include:
Assisting with restoration and mitigation projects such as water, fire, and mold cleanup.
Preparing job sites, loading and moving materials, and supporting the crew.
Performing debris removal, demolition, and detailed site cleanup.
Operating hand tools and power equipment safely (training provided).
Occasionally assisting in our warehouse by organizing equipment, supplies, and materials.
Following safety protocols to keep yourself and your team protected.
Some days you'll be out on job sites making a direct impact, while other days you'll help keep the warehouse running smoothly. Either way, you'll stay busy, build experience, and know your work truly matters.

Dependable and motivated with a strong work ethic.
Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform hands-on tasks.
Comfortable working on your feet in a variety of environments.

Previous construction or restoration experience is a plus, but not required.
