Location:  This position is located at Gymreapers HQ in Nampa, ID, just 20mins outside beautiful Boise

Schedule : Please let us know when applying what hours you are available. Our regular business hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (flex according to business needs)

Who We're Looking For

Gymreapers is looking to hire full-time and part-time seasonal holiday help from October through December and possibly into January. Headquartered in Nampa, Idaho we work tirelessly to support our customers, athletes, and gym-goers on all fronts, all around the world. A Warehouse Associate accurately selects products and prepares website orders for shipment. You will process inbound and outbound freight; move, load, receive, locate, relocate, stack, and count products. Must be able to operate manual and industrial equipment in a safe and efficient manner.


What You'll Do

  • Pick and pack orders by selecting items from the warehouse (according to a picklist created from website orders).
  • Receives product ensuring it is accurately checked and counted.
  • Confirms product is free of damage and infestation; all documentation is correct, etc.
  • Verifies description, UPC, quality, quantity, labeling, etc. corresponds with the Bill of Lading and Purchase Order.
  • Documents any and all discrepancies properly.
  • Meets established company standards on a daily basis including productivity, safety, sanitation, etc.
  • Ensures that all safety procedures and policies are followed.
  • Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
  • Work in environments that include concrete floors and a variety of temperatures.
  • Demonstrate initiative and self-direction to effectively manage time
  • Learn and memorize warehouse physical layout and operating procedures.

 

What You'll Bring

  • Quickly and accurately perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
  • Communicate utilizing comprehensive verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exhibit manual dexterity, hand/eye coordination, and depth perception.
  • Perform repetitive work accurately and with mental alertness.
  • Stand, walk, and move rapidly throughout a shift.
  • Bend, stoop, twist, and turn frequently.
  • Reach, lift, stack, and maneuver objects of varying dimensions and weights up to 50 lbs. 
  • Establish and maintain good rapport with co-workers, supervisors, and others.
  • Prioritize and perform a variety of simultaneous tasks (multi-tasking).
  • Perform primary duties safely with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Prior warehouse experience preferred
  • A strong work ethic with a desire to receive feedback
  • Be a fast learner with a positive attitude
  • Flexibility with schedule (especially around holidays)
  • Must be able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Fitness interest preferred
