Video Producer with TWR MOTION: Cary, NC (USA) The TWR MOTION team is looking for a Video Producer to join their team of talented creatives, equipping church planters the world over to share Jesus with their communities through digital discipleship. Why we need you: Our videos are the way we share God’s story with the world. While most of what we do is animation, we want to expand our video capabilities so that people from more cultures can hear about Jesus! As a video producer, you will help tell stories of how God is at work through our ministry, help produce our animations in new languages, develop training videos for church planters wanting to take content creation to the next level, and so much more. Really, the opportunities are endless with this new role. You will report to the ministry director collaborating across multiple teams and projects. Responsibilities: Producing videos, primarily as a video editor, but occasionally filming and being involved in other pre-production elements. Using video editing and motion graphics software (Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects) to create cohesive and visually appealing videos. Working closely with other team members to understand project requirements, collaborate, and ensure the final product aligns with the creative vision. Organizing and managing video files, with proper naming conventions. Revising edits based on feedback, ensuring that the product meets quality standards. Troubleshooting technical issues, finding creative solutions to challenges, and adapting to changing project requirements or timelines. Requirements: A commitment to Jesus Christ, demonstrated through a personal relationship. Enthusiasm for full-time missionary work, including building a support network of prayer and financial partners. Strong editing skills with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, including motion graphics, transitions, effects and color grading. Strong design skills. Strong storytelling abilities. Proficiency with Canon camera equipment and industry-standard video formats and codecs. Team player with the capacity to work independently. The ability to learn quickly and have a high level of motivation. Humility, adaptability, and cultural awareness. (We work a lot with people in other cultures!) The capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Bachelor’s degree or certification in video production, or related field or equivalent professional experience. Bonus skills (not required): Animation experience. Strong technical abilities. Experience with project management. Cross-cultural experience.
