This is a Part-Time position. (16 hours minimum) The schedule will be Year-Round with extra hours available in the summer and holiday season. The work schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There may potentially be additional hours available. This is an hourly wage position with cash tips.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting Guests / Customer Service:

• Welcoming resident in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and departure
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing residents needs
• Ensuring a positive resident experience

Vehicle Handling:

• Safely and efficiently parking and retrieving vehicles
• Opening and closing car doors for residents
• Inspecting vehicles for pre-existing damage

Parking Area Management / Other Duties:

• Maintaining a clean and organized parking area
• Precision Parking and ensuring the safety and security of vehicles
• Collecting and organizing keys
• Report any incidents or issues to supervisor
• May be required to drive both manual and automatic vehicles

Skills and Qualifications:

• Customer service: Friendly, approachable, and able to handle residents inquiries
• Driving Skills: comfortable and proficient in driving various vehicles
• Attention to detail: ability to notice and report any damage to vehicles
• Physical stamina: ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Organization skills: ability to keep track of keys and parking tags
