The Work:
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Coordinate with graphic designers as needed to establish requirements and integrate the resulting efforts into the user interface
- User experience researcher for human centered design focused research methodology, discovery, and designer.
Basic Requirements:
- User experience researcher with human centered design focused research methodology, discovery, and designer.
- Candidate should be experienced in research methods, or prototyping, or wireframing, and user acceptance testing.
- Proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch (or similar products).
- US Citizen
Bonus points:
- Knowledge of SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Appian, or Pega is appreciated but not required.
