As a Elite Security Officer - Armed Warehouse Patrol in San Antonio, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations within the retail location in a calm, problem-solving manner, taking appropriate action based on circumstances.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or other unwanted activities.
• Interact with store staff and visitors to provide assistance, answer questions, and offer guidance as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, observations, and/or daily activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency personnel as required during critical situations.
• Carry and responsibly handle a firearm as part of patrol duties, adhering to all applicable laws and company policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must have a combined total of at least three years of law enforcement, military, or corrections or 5 years of Armed security-related experience.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Applicants must hold a Level III armed certification if applying in Texas.
• CPR and first aid certification is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
