Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health Director for a travel nursing job in Phoenix, Arizona.
As a Branch Director in a Home Health setting, you will oversee the daily operations of the agency, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with all regulatory requirements. You’ll manage clinical and administrative staff, support referral growth, and drive performance metrics. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with oversight of clinical documentation in HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and OASIS to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Job requirements: -Active RN or LPN License in AZ -At least 6 months- 1 year of recent Oasis and HCHB experience -1 Year of Branch Director experience in a Home Health setting -Active BLS through AHA -Ability to pass a drug screen and background check -Ability to work full-time M-F 8-5 -On-call requirements discussed in interview *Stipends available for travelers
