A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Technical Recruiter Position type: Full-time – Contract Duration: Long term contract- Possible extension or hire Location: Grove Heights, MN 55077(Multiple Locations) Description: The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for coordinating recruiting efforts to obtain qualified team members for various technical positions, particularly focusing on infrastructure structured cabling technicians for global retail rollouts and data center new builds. This role involves interviewing, scheduling, and managing the recruitment process from job postings to candidate offers, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Primary Roles & Responsibilities: Conduct intake calls with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for infrastructure and structured cabling technician roles. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and salary negotiations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of recruitment goals and timelines. Maintain a high volume of recruitment activities while ensuring positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Prepare and post engaging job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities of the positions. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Track and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Required: Minimum 8 years recruitment Minimum of 4 of those 8 years recruiting for large Data centers for Infrastructure/structured cabling technicians High volume recruiting for Technicians (infrastructure structured cabling technicians for Global retail rollouts & Data Center new builds). Proficient with intake calls, sourcing, & interviewing, salary negotiation. Experience preparing compelling job postings that attract top talent. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
