Title: Tableau Developer

Duration: 6+ Months CTH

Location: Remote

Required Skills:

Must Have:

• Must have worked in properly & casualty or commercial insurance domains (health insurance does not count).
• Must have strong and recent experience developing in Tableau
• Strong SQL experience

Role Overview:

• Primary Responsibilities:
  • Continue development and enhancement of the existing Tableau-based BI and reporting platform.
  • Collaborate closely with the Data Architect to design and implement meaningful data visualizations.
  • Leverage the enterprise data warehouse for building reliable and accurate reporting solutions.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable reports and dashboards.
• Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong Tableau expertise proficient in designing, developing, and optimizing dashboards.
  • Advanced SQL skills capable of querying large datasets and optimizing complex queries.
  • Insurance industry experience is essential must understand business workflows, data relationships, and reporting needs specific to the insurance domain.
  • Ability to grasp the "why" behind reports must understand the business context, not just the technical requirements.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Will be supported by a Data Architect and a database developer.

Expected to work cross-functionally to align reporting with both business goals and data architecture
