*Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at the Plano, TX office for the first 90 days. After that, there is 1 to 2 days WFH per week.*

*Job Description*
* Lead and manage various tax projects for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Perform tax compliance for individual and business clients, including preparation, planning, and projections
* Review and provide insight on complex tax returns, applying deep tax knowledge to support optimal outcomes
* Conduct tax research and respond to tax inquiries, managing resolutions and correspondence
* Supervise accounting processes, financial reporting, and related client services
* Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering professional growth and a high-performing culture
* Collaborate with partners on strategies for client growth and operational improvements

*Qualifications*
* *CPA certification required*
* Minimum of 3 years in public accounting with a strict focus on tax returns for at least 3 consecutive tax seasons
* Proficient understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
* Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
* Experience with tax compliance, risk assessment, and internal controls
* Skilled in accounting software and financial systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Pay: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
