Job Description
Busy, upscale salon in Georgetown is seeking a Full time receptionist to join our dynamic team. We are looking for someone who is experienced, reliable, and has flexibility to work throughout the week. Ability to work on Weekends is requested. Please review responsibilities and qualifications below.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Scheduling appointments and coordinating the schedules for a team of sixteen
-Answering phone call and email requests
-Welcoming clients in a friendly and professional manner
-Checking out clients for their services efficiently
-Maintaining a working knowledge of all salon and spa services
-Providing information about and selling products (Kerastase and L'Oreal)
-Maintaining inventory and arranging orders based on retail flow
-Keeping up a cleanly appearance at the front of the salon
Qualifications:
-Has experience in a salon or similar retail environment
-Has working knowledge of Windows computer system and Microsoft Office
-Communicates clearly and efficiently in person, on the phone, and via email
-Able to multitask and maintain accuracy in a busy, quick-paced environment
-Maintains a friendly and professional demeanor with all clients in all situations
