About the Role : We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Site Civil to join our widely respected and growing Civil / Facilities Division in our Hollywood, FL office location. Key Responsibilities : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting technical solutions, maintaining relationships, and driving business development for new and existing clients. Lead and mentor a team of multidisciplinary engineers fostering professional growth. Work with the Division Director to contribute to setting the growth strategies and initiatives, while continuously enhancing the site / civil practice by staying informed on industry trends, advancements, and best practices. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 10 years' experience in the consulting industry. Business Development experience required. Public presentation experience. In-depth knowledge of State and Local site design standards and regulations. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to effectively participate as part of a project team, develop and maintain client relations, and meet project demands and schedules.
