Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Caller to work from home. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through outbound calls, effectively communicating my services in real estate and setting appointments. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to speak English proficiently. Experience in Real Estate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote my services.


• Communicate clearly and persuasively to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.


• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.


• Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.


• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to enhance sales conversations.

Requirements

• Proficient in English language and clear speech abilities.


• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable.


• Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.


• Ability to work independently.


• A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.


• Previous experience in Real Estate is an advantage but not mandatory.
