This role with be working with the promotional medical education team in the Rare Disease space. The agency is an independently owned group that specializes in all things, Pharma Advertising and Medical Communications. The team boasts a client roster of blue-chip pharma's + emerging biotech's and are proud to offer their client a full-service agency capability whilst executing an unparalleled, boutique agency service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and edit materials (including websites, slide decks, banner ads, etc.)
• Review content for style, FDA rules and regulations, syntax, spelling, accuracy, and consistency
• Assists in fact-checking and has the ability to understand scientific and medical data
• Work directly with editorial team to provide support as directed, and develop a working knowledge of various programs, clients, and therapeutic areas
• Establishes solid relationships with all team members while providing backup to other members of the Editorial department.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience working within the promotional medical education space within an agency setting required
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
• Experience working within the Rare Disease space preferred
• Veeva experience preferred
• PA/NJ/CT/NY location preferred
