Title: Search Engine Marketing Specialist Location: Southeastern Region, USA Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Search Engine Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize digital marketing efforts.
  • This role includes website maintenance, search engine optimization (SEO), and performance marketing analysis to improve online visibility and user engagement.
  • The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights and collaborate with teams to achieve measurable improvements in ROI and online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee website maintenance and optimization to ensure excellent user experiences and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical improvements.
  • Monitor and improve key SEO performance indicators, such as click rates and bounce rates, to maximize ROI.
  • Create user-friendly dashboards using tools like data visualization software to track performance and present insights.
  • Analyze marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid social media, SEM, and digital display, for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing goals and test innovative strategies.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and recommend actionable improvements to enhance marketing outcomes.
  • Implement A/B testing and continuous monitoring to optimize campaigns and website performance.
  • Generate and transform data using SQL queries for in-depth analysis.
  • Present performance metrics and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in website optimization, SEO, and performance marketing.
  • Proven expertise in SEO best practices and campaign performance improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency with tools such as analytics platforms and data visualization software.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Desired Skills:
  • Knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools to measure campaign success.
