A-Line Staffing is now hiring Representative I - Phoenix, AZ. This position is with a Fortune 500 company and offers career growth potential.

Representative Compensation

• Pay Rate: $15.05 per hour

Representative Highlights

• Onsite role (with potential to transition to remote after training).
• Training is onsite, approximately 1 month long (M–F, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM). .
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM with a rotating Saturday shift every 7 weeks.
• Public transportation is nearby but not directly to the front door. Reliable transportation is required.

Representative Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from members, prescribers, and internal teams.
• Research and process orders using Compass and LINKS.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to customer service, payments, and prescription processing.
• Verify and re-verify insurance coverage for new and existing clients.
• Post payments, complete transactions, and process mail order prescriptions.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and turnaround times.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain accurate documentation.

Representative Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience (high-volume preferred; medical office experience must be comparable to 75+ calls/day).
• Strong phone etiquette, empathy, and communication skills.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and meet performance metrics.
• Comfortable with call monitoring and performance tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or insurance industry.
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party insurance.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance concepts (drug cards, major medical benefits, patient assistance programs).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
