Sales Engineer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between engineering and customer needs by applying cutting-edge solutions to real-world challenges. This role plays a crucial part in product application, technical support, and project coordination , ensuring that our products integrate seamlessly into customer machinery.
As a Sales Engineer , you’ll work closely with mechanical and electrical engineers, technicians, and manufacturing teams to optimize existing products, develop new solutions, and drive engineering excellence. What You’ll Do
✅ Work directly with customers to apply existing products to their machines , ensuring proper form, fit, and function.
✅ Use CAD software to create technical drawings and 3D models for product integration and development.
✅ Collaborate with senior engineers, manufacturers, and customers to oversee product applications, installations, and testing.
✅ Design for manufacturability , ensuring components are optimized for production using casting, injection molding, and rapid prototyping processes.
✅ Travel to customer sites to support installations, troubleshoot issues, and provide training as needed.
✅ Develop and maintain technical documentation , including product installation guides, work instructions, and engineering reports.
✅ Participate in APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) processes , including DFMEA, PFMEA, PPAP, and control plan development.
✅ Assist in ISO 9001 compliance and accreditation processes to maintain engineering and quality standards.
✅ Provide technical support and training to customers, production teams, and internal stakeholders.
What You Bring
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
🔹 2+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, product design, or a related role.
🔹 Proficiency in CAD software for 3D modeling and technical drawings.
🔹 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex engineering documents .
🔹 Experience with manufacturing processes , including casting, injection molding, and rapid prototyping.
🔹 Ability to present technical concepts effectively using PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
🔹 Willingness to travel to customer sites for product support and installation.
Preferred Qualifications
💡 Experience in industrial, automotive, or heavy equipment industries is a plus.
💡 Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards, APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, and PPAP .
💡 Strong communication and project management skills to coordinate across teams.
