Beechwood Sales & Service has an excellent opportunity as an Sales Administrator. This position is a full-time, administrative role which works closely with the analyst team and provides valuable knowledge and experience in the beverage and distribution industry. The typical hours for this position are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, this position is onsite at our New Berlin location. We are looking for an analytical and organized individual with a strong sense of responsibility to join and contribute to our team. This is an excellent entry level role for recent Business related BA graduates.
Primary Responsibilities:
Greeting all callers, properly redirecting calls, and screening calls
Greeting guests and making guests feel welcome
Assist employees and customers with general inquiries
Drafting company correspondence
Managing all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, deliveries, and mass mailings
Assist with management of intra-company website
Assist with management of department expenditures
Establish new customer accounts and maintain account files
Build ad-hoc reporting as needed
Track and summarize competitive activity
Develop presentations as needed
Other duties as assigned
Essential Job Requirements:
Associate degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Customer service experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and math skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
Superior organizational skills with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint
Enthusiastic, high energy, and self-motivated individual with a desire to succeed
