Job Description

Lending Hands Virtual Support is looking for dedicated contractors in Texas to join our team as remote customer support agents to support our client, one of the world’s largest home improvement retailers. You will be handling inbound customer service calls, assisting with product questions, order placements, and returns, ensuring an effortless customer experience.

Availability:

• Service Hours: Sunday – Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. ET.
• Weekend Requirement: Must service at least 5 hours on either Saturday, Sunday, or a combination of both.
• Commitment: A minimum of 10 hours per week.

Training Schedule:

• Instructor-led: October 7, 2024 – October 30, 2024 (Instructor-led).
• Live call-taking and instruction: October 31, 2024 – November 11, 2024 (paid).
• Class Time Options: Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. ET or 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. ET.

Compensation:

• $12.50 per hour
• Background Check: Company will cover the cost.

Requirements:

• Equipment:
• Dual monitors required.
• USB VoIP headset.
• Smartphone for secondary code verification.
• 64 GB hard drive minimum.
• Windows 11 operating system supported.
• Background Check: Must pass a background check, including ID verification.
• Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a friendly attitude to provide a seamless customer experience.

Certification:

• Completion of training is required to begin servicing.
• Must achieve a minimum of 80% on the final exam and meet performance standards during the certification period.
