Education Qualifications:
- BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.

- Lead Patient Care: Organize and deliver comprehensive care by managing all phases of the patient care process, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

Our Float Pool Registered Nurses (RNs) are crucial for:
- Adaptability: Floating RNs work in multiple areas of the hospital, covering shifts and providing care wherever there is a need, whether in medical-surgical units, emergency departments, or specialized care areas.
- Flexibility: This role requires the ability to adapt quickly to different patient populations and clinical settings, ensuring seamless care and support across the hospital.
- Support: Float pool RNs help manage patient care needs during peak times, staff shortages, or special circumstances, contributing to overall operational efficiency and high-quality patient outcomes.
- Skill Variety: Exposure to diverse clinical environments allows float pool RNs to enhance their skills and experience in various specialties, making them valuable assets to the entire healthcare team.
- Units RNs will Float to: Medical Unit, Med/Surg Unit, IMC/ICU, Emergency Department.
This position will work the following:
- 60 hours per pay period
- Every Third Weekend
- Rotating 12 Hour Shifts
- Day Shift: 7:00AM - 7:30PM
- Overnight Shift: 7:00PM - 7:30AM

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year.
