ASI seeks a full-time Pumps and Irrigation Field Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily field operations in Fort Pierce, FL. THE BASICS
Pay : This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $75,000/year and performance-based bonuses.
Schedule : This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM . Each day starts with employees reporting to a central location before heading out to job sites.

YOUR DAY AS A PUMPS AND IRRIGATION FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER
As the Pumps and Irrigation Field Operations Manager, you will lead, train, and manage irrigation and pump crews to ensure top-quality installations, maintenance, and repairs. You will oversee daily job assignments, allocate equipment and materials, and conduct site inspections to verify system functionality and adherence to project timelines. Your role will include problem-solving on-site issues, troubleshooting irrigation and pump systems, and ensuring all work meets technical specifications. You will also be responsible for enforcing safety protocols, conducting hazard assessments, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Additionally, you will maintain detailed project documentation, coordinate with account managers for billing accuracy, and manage inventory, tools, and equipment.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A PUMPS AND IRRIGATION FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER
OSHA or other safety certifications are preferred. A CDL is also a huge plus!
