Background check: Yes, and drug test which includes marijuana.

Job Location: Boston, MA ( Onsite 5 days a week)

Co. Size: 500+ Employees

Team Size: Will have 4 direct reports

• This role sits within Product and reports into the Chief Product Manager.
• This is a PM lead role where they will have 4 direct reports.
• This person will work with the team of PMs to ensure projects across the company are getting done and providing guidance and leadership where needed.
• When a sale with a client gets approved this person gets involved to understand the project (onboarding) and what needs to get done. this can be onboarding clients, fulfilling changes or orders, etc.
• Will have a hand in projects in addition to managing.

Must haves:

• 4-6 years as PM and at least 2 managing other PM's
• Must have experience with Jira and Trello
• Industry experience - FinServ a must, FinTech would be even better
• Strong communication and business acumen as they will work with leaders throughout the organization

Preferences

• Manufacturing experience
• PMP or other certs a plus but not required.
