Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• Strong Project management and governance experience.
• Worked on Multi-vendor PMO.
• Worked on MVNO/MVNE and OSS / BSS exp in telecom sector
• Telecom experience is must.
• Worked on API applications.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Work closely with solution architects, developers, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Establish and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for onshore and offshore teams, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and provide status updates to leadership.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and technical challenges.
• Drive process improvements and best practices for API development and integration projects.
• Oversee testing, deployment, and post-production monitoring to ensure API performance and reliability.
• Deep understanding of telecom industry standards, protocols, and compliance requirements.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with onshore and offshore teams.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
