Job Description

3rd shift position available:

• Operate production machinery or equipment - for example, processing machines: sputtering, lapping, laser-drills, testing equipment; ovens or chemical baths for metalizing ceramic plates (if applicable)
• Use measuring instruments - measure attributes like weight, thickness, dimensions, etc. as part of quality control.
• Read and interpret schematics, charts, and work instructions or standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure correct processing.
• Inspect parts or products to verify they meet quality specifications. Report any defects, anomalies, or mechanical issues to supervisors or engineering/quality staff.
• Fill out documentation - logs, production forms, charts, batch records, or records of measurements.
• Work collaboratively with others (team environment), assist supervisors, coordinate tasks, and help resolve problems when they arise.
• Possibly perform setup, calibration, and minor maintenance of equipment or tools.
• Maintain clean, orderly, and safe workstations; follow company safety and quality practices.
