Centennial Imports is seeking a high-performance, results-driven Used Car Manager to join our leadership team in Pensacola. This is a rare opportunity to take the helm of a high-volume pre-owned operation backed by two of the world's most prestigious brands: Mercedes-Benz and Volvo Cars .

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Proven success managing a used car department (preferably with luxury or import brands)
Strong appraisal, acquisition, inventory, and merchandising skills
Ability to lead, motivate, and hold your sales team accountable
Solid understanding of reconditioning, turn time, and profitability metrics
Highly organized with a hands-on leadership style
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Source and manage inventory to maximize gross and velocity
Price, market, and merchandise units for maximum exposure
Collaborate with GSM and ownership to set and exceed targets
Manage used car sales consultants and support staff
Ensure compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction across all transactions
