What You’ll Do:
Support our Plumbing Technicians with inspections, maintenance, and repairs on residential and light commercial jobs
Assist with piping, fixture service, installation, and drain cleaning setup and maintenance
Stage tools, materials, and keep job sites clean and protected
Help keep company trucks clean, organized, and stocked
Work closely with our warehouse team to pull and deliver materials for jobs
Learn every day — by observing, practicing, and growing your skills with a goal of becoming a licensed Journeyman!
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
✔ Reliable transportation to our shop every day
✔ Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and move materials safely
✔ Great communication, teamwork, and listening skills
✔ A strong desire to learn, grow, and master a skilled trade
✔ Ability to get your WV Plumber-in-Training card within 90 days (no test required — just registration!)
✔ A heart for customer service — because we don’t just fix pipes; we take care of people
Bonus Points If You Have:
✨ Experience in plumbing, gas, or another trade
✨ Warehouse or material handling background
✨ Familiarity with hand or power tools
