The Role
As General Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our restaurant. You’ll lead, inspire, and empower your team to deliver an unforgettable guest experience while driving results that support our mission. This is more than running a restaurant — it’s about leading a movement.
What You’ll Do
Lead by example, inspiring your team with energy, positivity, and purpose
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service
Recruit, train, and develop passionate team members who share our vision
Foster a positive, inclusive, and mission-driven work culture
Drive sales and manage costs while keeping sustainability top of mind
Build strong relationships with guests and the community, sharing our mission one meal at a time
Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and food safety requirements

A proven leader with restaurant or hospitality management experience
Passionate about plant-based food, sustainability, and positive change
A strong communicator who can motivate, coach, and inspire a team
Business-savvy with experience managing budgets, labor, and performance goals
