Fulltime FP or IM that would like to provide clinic, ER, inpatient, nursing home care and surgery/scopes if they desire
Full scope with or without OB,
Rotate through call schedule with other providers average 1:5-6
Work clinic days year 1 205, 200 year 2, 195 all following years
Salary $220,000
Relocation $15,000
Sign on bonus $15,000
Fulltime benefits health/dental/ vision paid in full for provider and their family if applicable, 3% retirement match, CME allowance, State, DEA, MT Drug Registry, MMLP, and Board paid on behalf of provider
NHSC loan repayment or State of Montana $100,000 for 5 years
